luck? Please do, it makes it an amazing feast!
What, if you know:
Camping/Park
Fees @ $10
per day per vehicle: $
(Includes use
of all park facilities / trails / showers / camping)
Event
fees @ $25
per Adult, $5 per child under 15, free under 7: $
(Covers BBQ dinner, and
misc. event expenses
such as adult & kids' prizes, firewood, equip. rental, Ice,
charcoal, plates, napkins, tablecloths, etc. Day visitors need
not pay
fee.)
Due to the quantity of beer needed to meet
demand, the quality of the beer provided, the plunging dollar,
and fairness (no event fees spent for beer), we must charge a beer fee
to cover the discounted pricing we must pay for the beer. Payment
of this fee entitles you to all the beer you care to drink during the
event. For those who may only have a glass or two, we will put a
jar by the keg and ask that you throw in a buck or two at the event.
2. No dogs. (There are too many young children at the event. Contact for details.)
3. No drinking and driving. The park rangers have police powers and can and will give you a DUI for driving anywhere in the park while drinking. That means vehicle confiscation and a trip to jail.
4. No stereos blaring. Any radio/tapes/cds must be played quietly enough that your neighbors cannot hear them.
5. Leave no trace. You are responsible for keeping your campsite free of litter and clean up upon your departure. We are all responsible for keeping the general campground clean. If you see litter, please pick it up.
6. Unacceptable and unsafe behavior, including drunken behavior, will not be tolerated and offenders will be promptly ejected by the park rangers. This has never been a problem, but we like to make the rules clear to avoid such problems.
7. You assume all risk of injury or death. In other words, the event is too small and volunteer run and thus we will not have liability insurance. By assuming the risk of injury or death, you agree not to sue anyone associated with the event for negligence, but are still free to sue for intentional wrongs. If you are injured, your personal insurance will have to cover any medical bills, etc. Thankfully, there have been no injuries at the prior events. Let's keep it safe this year, too! Safety is everyone's responsibility.
I/We agree to these rules. ______________________________________________________________
